Science and Technology Academy

In order to enroll your student parents and guardians should gather all of the required documents, including:

• Birth Certificate

• Two proof of address - PGE, water, waste, rental agreement, mortgage statement, homeowners/rental insurance. Can not accept cell phone, internet, cable.

• Proof of immunization. Student must have all their immunizations to enter school.

If your child is new to the Woodland school district or if they are a new TK or Kindergartener, please fill out the following forms and submit them with your enrollment form.
